Cancellation/Missed appointment Policy

• Complete COVID questionnaire prior to appointments and health history form (new clients only)
• Masks are required
• Upon arrival, remove your shoes and sanitize your hands
• All cancellation or rescheduling should be made 72 hours prior to the original booking. Clients will be charged 75% for late cancellation or rescheduling; and 100% for missed appointment.
• Late arrival will continue the treatment with the remaining time and a FULL Amount of booking will be applied. Late arrival of 15 mins or more, your time slot will be forfeited. 100% missed appointment fee will be applied.
